ERROR 148:3  =

Caused by conflicting applications or security software; general adobe issue not 
related to patched dll file or hosts file.

Solution;

1. Go to Start/Run and type services.msc into the Open field, then press Enter.

2. Look for FLEXnet Licensing Service under the column labelled Name.

3. Right click on FLEXnet Licensing Service, selected Properties.

4. Under the General tab, Set the start-up type to Manual and click on Start 
   to start the service.

5. Under Recovery tab for the first failure, chose Restart the Service.

6. Click OK.
