ERROR; The application failed to initialize properly (oxcooooo1d). <-- the d may appear as other letters.

1: For 64bit only try going to the CS5\CS5 LICENCE RECOVERY\DLL FILE\Original - 64bit folder
   and copy that dll file and replace each of the ones in the problem Adobe program folder.

2: Reinstall the application over the existing application and
   when finished DO NOT COPY and dll files.

3: Go to the CLEAN INSTALL folder and follow the instructions.
