Simply place the extracted files in your philips cdi games folder (bin/cue) format.
Run : Run me.bat
Games will be converted to *.chd format for use with MESS.
Your original cue/bin files will not be altered in any way.
Add the .chd games to your Launchbox roms as usual.... enjoy
